                 Please guide me to get the report for "List of Orders against which Material has been issuesd from stores (GMPS)"

Hi Ankur,

You can also run T-Code MB51, Provide required details like Plant, Movement type, Posting Dates etc.

You will get report, click on Detail List Icon. Here you can see Order no. against which the material is issued.

Check at your end may be helpful to you...

In MB51 is there a way to filter out material documents on the basis of Order type i.e. PM01,PM02 etc.?

Hello,

You may use IW13 to get list of orders for materials in the selection screen. In the list screen, you may apply a filter to have posting date not equal to blank (for GMPS status).

you can use the seach option in IW38 with system status inclusive of GMPS

But GMPS will be set if a PO has been goods receipted (i.e. no materials from stock)

Try this:

1. Run IW38 including order with status GMPS
2. Select all records in the display and use menu path; Environment->Goods Movements
3. Add the Movement Type column to the report
4. Filter the report on Movement Type 261
