Salary details posting to FI

Dear All,

External salary result posting to SAP FI.

One of our client,employees salary processing doing in outside sap system and they want to post salary results to SAP FI module.

Note:They are maintaining the employee master in SAP ofr reference.

Please give me some assistance for this requirement.

Hello Surya Dasari

You can post the payroll results in FI only incase you have the employee master data maintained in SAP.

As you now the payoll results for each month payroll are processed thru the wagetypes,which inturn are mapped to symbolic accounts , and then the GL accounts based on the nature of processing of the wagetypes, i.e. payments, deductions, loans& advances and recovery of the same, third party deductions etc.

The program used to carry out the posting to accounting is Program       RPCIPE00 , thru SE38.
