How to get change log for deleted WBS Elements

Hi,

We have a Project Hierarchy BAPI which brings the change log of the changes done in a Project. While Update or Insert works fine, we are having problem in getting the change log for the WBS element that have been deleted from the Project. In the BAPI output we can see the WBS element (PRPS-PSPNR) but the values for Work Breakdown Structure Element(PRPS-POSID), PS: Short description (1st text line) (PRPS-POST1), Responsible cost center(PRPS-FKSTL) is not available in the output. When the corresponding tables are checked we find that the records are permanently deleted. Is there any way we can bring these data in the change log? We have done the config in OPSA and also ticked the Change Document in the corresponding data element. Please guide.

Thank you,

Anu.

you delete any wbs it means wbs object did not use any business transaction. then use AUT10 tcode where yo can know available information concern to deleted wbs means required field as you define in your scenario.

Hi Anu,

Try AUT10(Audit trail).

Enter Table & Field detail under enhanced mode.
