Enabling Change Log for Title and Name fields of attachments in IE01/IE02/IE03

Dear Experts,

Does anyone have any idea to update the Change Log History in Equipment Master for the Title and Name fields of attachments in IE01/IE02/IE03? While checking through the Menu Path over Action Log / Display Changes, i found that the system does not provide the change log details who have done the modification /changes for the values of Title and Name fields of attachments.

And, if the Change Log History of “Title and Name fields of attachments” is updated, will that get reflected in details of "Action Log" checked through Menu--> Extras-->Action Log?
