A customer system has stopped sending data from the shop floor devices to MII via PCo 2.2. When accessing the Management Console, the Source Systems box, Destination Systems box, and Agent Instances box are all blank. There is a record in the log of the installation earlier this year, so no one has reloaded the software. It looks like someone has erased everything. Is there a way to determine whether the configuration data is still stored somewhere (other than an exported file)? It would be a shame to have to rebuild everything if there's a way to restore it.
