PCo Configuration Has Disappeared

A customer system has stopped sending data from the shop floor devices to MII via PCo 2.2.  When accessing the Management Console, the Source Systems box, Destination Systems box, and Agent Instances box are all blank.  There is a record in the log of the installation earlier this year, so no one has reloaded the software.  It looks like someone has erased everything.  Is there a way to determine whether the configuration data is still stored somewhere (other than an exported file)?  It would be a shame to have to rebuild everything if there's a way to restore it.

    It is Windows - have they tried rebooting?  Assumedly the embedded database would have the persisted values, but if something truly wiped the records then I don't know what your recovery options might be.

    It would also make sense to log a support ticket (if you haven't already done so) - perhaps there is a deeper issue at hand and they could guide you through some recovery, and/or provide a bug fix for PCo if needed.
