Hello Experts,
I want to use the standard scenario where inbound emails trigger a worklfow that creates work items for the Agent inbox in ICö.
I tried a lot of things checking bulsing blocks, sdn, events and workflows tests and so on.
Performed the settings for workflows (Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing (F9) for the runtime environment, transaction CRM_ERMS_WF_CUST (Assign Agent for E-Mail Handling) with Event linkage ERMSSUPRT2MAILRECEIVED and define the ERMS decision TS 00207914 as General Task.
So far my problem is:
Emails arrive in SOIN/ SCOT Inbox overview but the event (mailreceived) is not triggered and so is not the workflow.
When I tested the workflow and the event, it seems to work fine. Only the incoming mail does NOT trigger the event.
What can I check further?
Please awaiting your helpful responses
Thanks a lot and kind regards
Hannes
Hi, Hannes!
SAP Connect doesn't trigger an event for workflow. To trigger the workflow the senders in SO28 must recieve the mail.
So you need to make customizings in SO28.

Hello Hannes,
when you recieve an email, what is the status of the interlinkage.
Also check the swu3 to activate the rfc as TRFC is the communication protocol.
Most likely it must be deactivated.

Hello Sridhar,
thanks for your input!
What do you mean with interlinkage? The event linkage is activated.
RFC is activated in swu3.
Do I need to deactivate this?
Now I manage to receive the mails in sbwp. However there is still no workflow executed.
What do you mean with interlinkage? The event linkage is activated.
Kind regards
Hannes
