AIAB transaction: settlement amount > available amount

Dear SAP Expert,

Today, im facing an issue regarding AIAB, my user run AIAB, the user enter line item and the total amount is more than available amount and save it. when the user realize make mistaken it try to make the corection by "detach".

my question, how to tackle this problem? can we delete the line item and make sure the enter amount and available amount is the same? but when we going screen "maintain settlement rule nothing there anymore"

when i enter screen distribution rules.. is still showing the wrong line item how to make and adjustment.. can we make reversal?

Normally, when you try to input the amount which is more than available in AUC for settlement, system will through an error. If it is allowed, just check there may be "Neg. values allowed" ticked in asset master.

If it's been already settled, reverse it. Else, just remove the line from AIAB and re-create the distribution rule.
