MM Issue :Service Entry Sheet

Hi Guru

i have the problem during creation of service entry sheet..System is getting the Error like no matching POkindly help me to prepare the document.

Hi ,

System is behaving correctly as you are creating a Material PO but trying to post its GR with a Service Entry Sheet.

Case 1 : System currently diagnosing this PO as a Material PO ( since Item Category D is not used ) but unable to find a Material code in it. Thus will not allow to do MIGO against it,

Case 2 : In case you want to treat it as a Service PO then you should use Item Category D . With this System will allow you a Tab Service where you can enter the list of Services alongwith Qty & Rate . Then only you will be able to create SES.

you have created an item category std po , item category is not service ( D)  hence you are not getting SE sheet
