Copy WBS from another WBS in the same project

Hello All,

I want to create a WBS with reference to another WBS within the same project along with the corresponding activities.

I am able to do this by right clicking on the WBS and selecting include WBS,... --> this creates the new WBS and the crrespondign activties but system also creates a new NWP for this WBS & activities... is there any way to create these new WBS/Activities with the activity assignment to the NWP of the reference WBS??

Hi Jatinder,

I doubt if you can copy it without NW. If you wish to perform same activities twice, check execution factor field on internal activity tab. If you put 2 here, same activity along with material will be executed twice ie all costs, components will be considered twice.

Other lengthy manual method is to copy existing activities in existing network, then creating new WBS and dragging the duplicate activities to new WBS.
