Collate option is not working in 64 bit client machines

Hi,

We are using ASP.Net web form application with Crystal Report XI R2. Report is getting launched and export and print is working perfectly.

My issue is when I enable the Collate option while printing in 64 bit client machines, it is not working (like 123, 123).

In 32 bit client machine it is working perfectly.

How to resolve this issue?

Additional Information’s:

Crystal Report Version            : Crystal Report XI Release2 Service pack6

Operating System         : Windows Server2003

Client machine IE version: IE 9 32 bit editions

Thanks in Advance.

Check the printer driver;

make sure you have the latest updates

make sure it is actually designed for the specific OS

try a different printer driver

Updated Crystal report deliverables are available.

The same printer driver is working fine for other applications like MsWord, Acrobot Reader.

Try IE 9 in Compatibility mode, it's not supported in CR XI R2.

RDC is a 32 bit app so it requires a 32 bit Printer and driver.
