Hi

I work for a autoparts manufacturer and we use an external warehouse (not SAP)

We have a issue where the warehouse "looses" some of our deliveries in transit.

We only use 1 line item per order, the picking confirmation should come at the very latest 1 hour after delivery request.

I have difficulty though to set this up as a monitoring scenario.

- I would like to trigger an alert in case a delivery is not picking confirmed after 1 hour

- Also preferebly an Idoc report saying how long did it take in avarage from the delivery idoc was posted until the picking confirmation was done (at our place its 2 different) idocs.

yes, this can be done by Monitoring Object "Idoc Monitoring" and "Idoc Reporting"

Select the monitoriing type as "Application Monitor: Cross systems" -> then select the Monitor name Idoc Monitoring and Idoc Reporting.

Define all parameters Idoc reporting based on your requirement, later configure trend analysis reporting to attain the report of processing time.( The guides are available in service market place, check by your solution manager version)
