Hello Members,

I am getting following error when I try to connect to AWS HANA Instance.

Instance running well on AWS.

It was working fine till couple of days back.

ERROR:

Selected system is not supported by modeler version choose a compatible system.

Incompatible Version

Selected system is not supported by current modeler

version, The version of modeler supports versions

from 3 to 27 , use lower version of modeler to

work with the system.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Anand.

Hello,

it seems that server revision is different from your studio revision (studio is also referred as modeler).

Your studio is supporting revisions 3 to 27 (but not higher). So guessing from this your server is now on revision higher then 27. Did you provision new image recently?

Also please please look on this blog from Juergen: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28294

Notice update: "[2012-06-27] HANA Client and HANA Studio downloads upgraded to Revision 32"

So I would suggest to go to "Part 3 - Download and install SAP HANA Studio and SAP HANA Client" and update your studio and client...

Hi there,

I posted this discussion last week, I do not think is the same issue as the one posted here though, but very very similar.

Perhaps you guys have any idea?

Cheers

Hi Vijay,

I did not have to change any config, I have just restarted these processes and rebooted the AWS instance. After that... all good.

Hope you solved the problem already, otherwise try this if you had not.

Cheers

Mariano
