Question on Enterprise Support vs. Standard Support



I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this type of question. Please point me to the correct forum if this is not a good place.

For budget reasons, we are considering dropping Enterprise Support and going with Standard Support.

Has anyone done this in the past? If so, can you elaborate on your experience? In other words, what differences did you experience in services, open OSS messages etc.?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I would like to hear good and bad.
