PL Balance in Payslip


Hi All,

According to our leave policy, every employee gets 18 PL for a year and they gets credited on 1.5 monthly basis to employee'.s account.

Problem: Lets say we have executed payroll and time evaluation(pt60) till july. At this time the PL balance is 15.

When we see the remuneration statement of MAY month, the system should show, PL balance as 12.

But the system shows 15.

So if we see the remuneration statement for any past month, the system shows the current PL balance only, rather than, that month's PL balance.

=> Our requirement is to show the corresponding month's PL balance.
