We are currently facing 2 issues while performing Offline Appraisal Document action.
1. The appraisal Document is downloaded and user have filled the values in the PDF where same of the fields are left blank which are mandatory.
When trying to Upload the PDF into the system Via Portal it is not throwing any prompt message stating that the mandatory field has to be filled.
2. When the User is trying to upload a wrong PDF, the system gets hang up and doesnt throw any prompt message stating that the PDF uploaded is not relevant to the specific appraisal document.
Note : When we are trying the appraisal document in Online it is working fine.
Please provide some lite on the issues.
