Hi, Is there any provision that we can link company codes to controlling area which are having various fiscal years and currencies.

All company code assigned to controlling area must have one fiscal year variant.
If you have different fiscal year variant then you need to create different controlling area as well as operating concern.

No, you cannot do it. Fiscal year variants have to be consistent.
