Free goods

Dear Experts,

i am configuring Free goods functionality, i used condition technique, and maintained condition record through VBN1. but free goods line item are not appearing in the sales order.

I hope there must be one more line item need to be appeared along with actual line item.

Kindly give me insight where i was lacking ??

In VBN1 free goods category 1 is to be maintained for item generation.

check and revert back

If there is no item category assignment then system will give error or information message.

If system is not giving any message and also not showing sub item with item category TANN is you are following standards then there is one thing missing. Check below screen and assign Free goods schema to your sale area. You need to assign free goods determination to sale area.

Hi Shibu,

In Sales order screen goto environment ->Analysis->Free goods->on and check whether the free goods condition record is determinate or not. If condition record is determinated then please item category determination in VOV4 - OR->NORM->TAN->TANN

Go to vov4 item category determination and maintain

sales document type (OR)+item cata. Grp(norn) +usale(nil)+ H. L. item cat. (Tan)+ item cat. (TANN)

i have checked the same , which are properly maintained and checked manual entry which are accepting too.

the problem i am facing is that free line item are not appearing in sales order

Dear pl goto mm02 and select mrp3 view check what s.org and distribution channel same should be in sales order
