EWA alert is not showing in sdccn in solution Manager 7.1

Dear All,

i have installed Solman 7.1 , as per the configuration guide i have done configuration.

when i triggered EWA , the EWA session is not showing in SDCCN of solution manager and satellite system also.

EWA is triggered and waiting for long time and finally ended with overdue with red flag.

i have updated add on ST and ST-A/PI to latest one.

i tried to redefine service defination 727998, there i am not able to do redefine for my SAP BASIS component.

As per the note , the transport file path is given in SMP, but it is not there.

Thanks for reply ,, we have already tried with this article but not able to solve this issue.

As per that article, everything is working fine but issue still persists..

could you please give us some information to solve this.

Could you solve this issue?

If not, try to find some logs and share the here. For example, what's the log for the refresh sessions task in the satellite system? A red flagged EWA could be due to different reasons...

Diego,

EWA session is not showing in SDCCN of solution manager as well as satelitte system.

Fresh  session is working fine with out any error.

i am not able to see EWA after triggering EWA from system monotoring workcenter.

For this issue , i opened OSS message which is asked us open R/3 connection, once it is solved will back to you.

did you managed to solve your problem with the EWA task not visible in SDCCN. I have the same issue after migration to solman 7.1
