No distribution rule despite required receiver is maintained in settlement profile

Hi,

I am facing the below issue.

While creating the Process Order, Distribution line of Cost Center is not appearing while maintaining Settlement Rule despite of Cost Center is maintained as Default Rule in the Settlement Profile.

Only Material (MAT) is appearing as Default Object in the Settlement Rule but not Cost Center.

Below are the more details:

1)    ERP Component Version: SAP ECC 6.0

2)        2)  Order Category: 40 (Process Order)

3)        3) In the Settlement Profile, Cost Center (CTR) is maintained as Default Object Type

4)        4) Below are the Valid Receivers maintained in the settlement Profile:

1)    G/L Account – Settlement Optional

2)    Cost Center – Settlement Required

3)    Order – Settlement Optional

4)    Material – Settlement Optional

5)    Cost Objects – Settlement Optional

Hi,

After getting into settlement rule of process order, go to Edit and select new rule, you will get valid recievers.

Hi Sudhir,

Thanks for your response and we are entering the Distribution Rule of CTR manually.

But we expect Cost Center (CTR) Row to be appeared as default Distribution Rule since CTR is maintained as Default Object in Settlement Profile.

Hi Pandu,

In Order type parameter (COR4), default distribution rule can be maintained for Material but not available for Cost center for process order type. These default rule are supplied by SAp and cannot be modified. Therefore it is not possible through standard SAP config.
