Convert .PAT file to .SAR extension

Hello Techies,

                      I need to convert the  .pat file (UC70020678231_0000017.PAT)  TO  ( UC70020678231_0000017.SAR)xvf

ihave tried this commands  SAPCAR - xvf UC70020678231_0000017.PAT     and
                                         SAPCAR -cvf  UC70020678231_0000017.PAT

but not converting into  .SAR extension.

im getting this following Errors:  1.     E:\usr\sap\trans>sapcar -xvf UC70020678231_0000017.PAT

                                                        processing archive UC70020678231_0000017.PAT...

                                                         format error in header

                                               2.  E:\usr\sap\trans>sapcar -cvf UC70020678231_0000017.PAT

                                                    SAPCAR: no files given for archiving (error 29). Incorrect function.

Please help me how to convert the PAT file to .SAR  if not ill upload the PAT file   if possible could you please convert the PAT file in to SAR file and re-upload.
