Hi,

cost center types can be added in fine Tuning activity "cost center types". It`s an optional task so you have to add it first to the project.

The activity should be available if you activate financials in scoping.

There is now detailed overview of which fine tuning task depends on which scoping point but in my opinion it must be visible if I take a look in the picture you attached.

The cost center types are definitely needed for "function of expense method" and it`s ByDesign standard.

On which release are you working? How did you search for this activity? Fine-Tune phase -> All Activities -> Search for Cost*?

As Andreas mentioned: It's an optional task. Therefore it's not editable by default; it's not part of your project by default.

Even the screenshot that you attach says "add it to your project".

how to do that?

Select the fine tuning activity, but don't open it. Click the button "Add to project'. Status changes to "yes" for "in project".

Vow, its done.

I was not aware that even if one activates in scoping, you need to add it to project in fine tuning activity.

Thanks Christian Happel, Judson Wickham & Andreas Eissmann for your support.
