Remove SD Billing Condition Rounding Off

Hi,

Herewith i have attached the screen shot of ED condition Records details, here i mentioned those conditions are geting round value , no paisa value. i want values with paisa value, for that what i have to do ? plz check and revert immediatelly.

Just a correction to IMG path suggested by Ramesh above:

IMG - Logistics - General - Tax on Goods Movements - India - Basic Settings - Maintain Company Code Settings. Here you can set necessary Rounding rules for your Company Code.

i am getting the value with not rounding now.

but i need decimal round off only like

is the value means 4716.62

it has to come as 4716.60

how it will come ?

Hi ILAVARASAN ,

The standard rounding rule '_'  Commercial rounding , values are rounded off according to business standards:

12.454 -> 12.45 INR

12.455 -> 12.46 INR

Rounding rule 'A' values are rounded up like

12.459 -> 12.46 INR

12.451 -> 12.46 INR

Rounding rule 'B', values are rounded down like

12.459 -> 12.45 INR

12.451 -> 12.45 INR

as per your requirement i believe its not there in standard

Hello Price,

You requirement of Rounding (from 453.62 to 453.60) is not possible in SAP Standard & also it is not as per normal Business Rounding requirements.

Normally Rounding is done either Commercial, Round up (to nearest whole number) or Round Down.

By the way what is the logic of your specific requirement?

Hi Price,

You cannot achive this through SAP standard configuration.

You need to add a small code in your alterntive calculation routine. 

For JMOD condition type, you have used alternative calculation type 355.  Create a new requriement routine (copy of 355) and add the code to do this correction.

Tell your ABAPer to read the second decimal value of the condition value (XKOMV-KWERT ot XKWERT)  if it is not equal to zero, then c hange that value as requried.

Hope this will resolve your issue.

Deselect the tick
