Error when activating Technical Monitoring Templates

Hi Guys.

On a Solution Manager 7.1 SPS4, while performing the Technical Monitoring for a system, im getting the error

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Checking the dumps im getting these entries

I have applied SAP notes 1675184, 1707479 but it was unsucessful.

If anyone experienced these same error, any help would be appreciated

Hi martin,

Applying SAP note 1675184 should solve the issue with the templates.

Did you "Apply and Activate afterwards? If not please do the following to see if this helps:

Please follow the steps in SOLMAN_SETUP transaction,

-> Area Technical Montoring;

in Step 4 Define Scope select the system, go to step 5 Setup Monitoring

and click on "Apply and Activate".
