Is there a difference at all between Crystal Reports Server V1 and BusinessObjects XI 3.1? Would it be possible for the two to have different end dates or are they always the same?
Well, I cannot say at this point if there will be a difference between the EOL dates for these products.
For now, the website only mentions BO XI 3.1 and nothing about Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1 or Crystal Reports 2008 for that matter. I'm assuming the EOL for all these products is 31.12.2015, unless of course there is some change later.
I checked the Product Availabilty on SAP's site and was able to search for Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1. It says that it's technical support end date is 12/31/2013. I also looked up Crystal Server 2011 to see what it's end date was. The strange this is Crystal Server 2011's end date is 6/30/13. Any idea why support for the lastest version would end 6 months before the older version?
