how to use web survey for vendor evaluation in a global company ?

hi experts,

     what i servered company include a centeral company,which deploy  SRM server for central sourcing and supplier management, and 13 branch companies.

     most of the branch companies has independent SAP ERP system.

     my questions is:

         the branch companies wanna send survey by SRM , could them edit , send and check themselves surveies without influence each other?

i really don't familiar with vendor evaluation . whether we use Tcod: ros_qstn_survey  to create and send survey?

i wish the user A of branch company X, can create/edit  himself survey.

and User B of Branch company Y, can create herself survey,too.  and User B can not edit or  check survey  of user A.

is it possible?

Please use the below path

In Enterprise portal Supplier evaluation->Survey Management->Questionnaire

In GUI use transaction /SAPSRM/QUEST_CREATE

The user needs role /SAPSRM/SURVEY_OWNER for creating and modifying the survey.

For segregation of autharization at company/evaluation area level you can create custom roles referring the above role.

You can define different evaluation areas under customizing path

SRM server -> Supplier Evaluation -> Evaluation Area

Evaluation areas will corespond to each branch.

While creating questionaire enter the appropriate evaluation area.

Hi,

Yes. The survey is confidential.

Now in your case you should go with Ad-hoc surveys. It's being distributed by  Supplier Survey cockpit.

If you have BI you can also use Web Survey tool for same.
