Hello everyone
I'm testing my message creation process on service desk through the Workcenter (URL) and the System and Client fields are grayed out. How can I make it possible for it to pick it up on it's own where the message is originating from, or select it manually at the least.

You should add some values in indentification tab in BP tcode for your business parner or anyelse who will create message via workcenter:
ID type Idenification number
CRM001 <SID> <installation number><CLNT><username>
which system are added that system you'll be able to choose in message in workcenter
