PR deleted without record in history ( not MRP, not archived , NO dirct Z program )

The PR not generated by MRP , and it has set deleted , can not found history in Item change . ( I also checked Z* program , none of them changed EBAN set deleted indicator directly )

Also checked archived , it not been archived .

Do you have any update ?

you are saying the PR is present, but has a deletion indicator, an no change documents.

Was this PR created manually or from a different process e.g. from a work order or sales order.?

Is it a relativly new PR, or many months/years old?

Archiving is a multiple step process. Preprocessing step sets deletion indicators without writing change documents. I have not seen any option to see if a preprocessing step was executed, after the job log/spool file and the job itself is deleted from the system.

And if the archiving "write" step was never executed, then the PR just got deletion indicators and will stay in your database.

If a Z-Abap was used to update deletion indicators in the table directly, then you will as well not see any change logs.
