actvities are diabaled and not viewed on left pane of SAP ME screen

I am getting two types of errors while trying my hand on activity and user maintenance:

1) I have created an activity and assigned activity group "product" to it. when i go to "user maintenance group" and go to pernmissions, it doensn't allow me to check actiivties under "product".

Also, (may be because of above reason) i am unable to see actiivties under "product" activity group on left pane of the SAP MEscreen.

2) Below is the screenshot of the error when i was getting 6-7 "POD-operation" activties on left pane, earlier.

when i contacted technical support, they said folder exists and is accessible to my user.

    Hello,

    1) I was able to copy an existing activity and to set permissions in User Group Maintenance. Would you please explain how it does not allow you to check activities there? Is it assigned to 1 or more Activity Groups?

    2) As far as I understand you have deployed a customized build and face FileNotFound exception if open a customized activity, is it correct?

    By the way, what ME version do you use?

    • Hi,

      I think the issue is that the activity has different permission settings in User Group Maint. As it's included in multiple groups - it should be listed in User Group Maint. multiple times and for all of them checkbox must be either checked or unchecked. You can't give the permission to the activity in one activity group and deny access in another. It doesn't make sense. Make sure it's the same for all activity groups the activity is assigned to.
