Issue with maintaining 2006 record.

Hi SAP gurus,

Here I would to have your expert suggestion on my below query please.

• EE is from AS01 (PSG 08) and Holiday calender is GE (08)
• I have maintained EEs work schedule rule AS3501WRK ( PSG 08 ) and Holiday calendar is showing with GE in work schedule.
• Absence records are correct as per PSG 08
• But While maintaining 2006, I am getting absence quotas of PSG 09 which is not correct.
• Also in personnel work schedule, Holiday calender is showing SC

I am very much confused where is the mismatch ...

Also would like to add we have AS3501WRK in both the PSG 08 and 09..... and EE has gone under Org reassignment Action to change his Personal area but personal also got changed within same PSG 08.

Kindly help me out with your expert comments...

Its my request please dnt suggest from scratch .. as I could check all the possible confg issue of PSG groupings and assignment .. but failed to get any confg issue so far.

Thanks to all......

I have resolved by myself ...

There was inconsistency in master data ....

Org assignment , in history there was Personnel subarea of other PSG and hence work schedules were also of PSG 09...

System is checking history and hence 09 PSG is popping up in absence quota...

Pls check QUOMO feature.

It could happen that you assigned different quota selection group for PS08.

I have assigned same quota sel grp 01 to all PSG ... and in QUOMO feature 01 is assigned..

So I do not think that may be any reason for inconsistency ...

I also would like to say ....

I checked with other EE in DEV and QAS too, for those EEs everything is correct ...

BUt only for few of the EEs are getting this error in QAS ....

Please check the ESG & PSG settings to Quota selection group( retrun from quomo feature) in table V_T559L.
