Hi
I am getting the below error when we are tying to run/refresh the query/webi report.
Note: this report is working fine with some User ID's but some User ID's are getting the below error , when they refresh/ run the report.
A database error occurred. the database error text is:(CS) "Driver not capable". (WIS 10901)
Please could you guide me how to fix this issues. I didn't find any article on this. For my user i am getting this error in production system. But in Dev and QA systems they are able to run.

For users who are getting this error, please check and make sure that they have authorization on the source data. I have seen sometimes that the error message is not accurate. It might be a data authorization.

Hi Harika,
Do you have a correct HANA driver(ngdbc.jar file) placed in your production system.
And is that works fine for some other users in Production system.
