Two PO outputs - " Order and send Immediately "

Dear Experts,

Getting two PO outputs when i use the option " Order and send Immediately " in PO

Issue :

I have created a PO, when i tried to release it by using "order" option. In Header output - Document output column getting one line item as Not processed ( it is waiting for RSPPFPROCESS Job to execute )

But when i use Order and send Immediately instead of Order option for releasing PO. In header Output - Document output Column, getting two items as successfully processed.

In T Code : SOST - I Could see two PO Output items. --> For one item, PO Form is standard (No Logo ) and For second item, PO Form is customized (with Logo )

Question :

Why PO Output is triggering twice when we use Order and send Immediately option.

Why Standard PO Form is getting generated.

Please suggest solution on this.

Can you please check your configuration under Tcode BBP_PO_ACTION_DEF for purchase order?
