Basic Order View (Screen Area 014 Notification Data)

Hi Expert,

Does anyone has experience with the basic order view and screen area 014.

When I assign Screen area 014 to my profile, no notification data is displayed. Order and notifcation is assigned to each other.

I would like to see the notification item view (damages /causes) or the whole notifcation in a tab.

Hi,

   First you have to create a view profile by going to functions and settings for order type->basic order view->define view profile. Define the screen area 014 in the header tab.

Next is to assign the view profile to ordertype/Plant combination. You need to define the view profile for every workorder type/Plant combination for which you intend to show the notification data.Ultimately notification data will be shown in the order header as shown below and also drill down to notification detail.You cannot show any further notification data on the order apart from this.

I've have a profile, assined to plant/ work order. I have my srceen area's 001,003 etc but not 014

So it seems something must be wrong on my test system.

Problem is in customizing; Define Notification and Order Integration. Need to set the tick box maintain notification data in order header!
