Update Version management in MM contract ME31K/ME32K - table EVER

Hi Gurus,

We need to update the version of an MM contract (table EVER) by BAPI or Batch Input, ... (we are making the creation / update of the contract by idoc, function module IDOC_INPUT_BLAORD).

Is this possible ?

We look into BAPI_ CONTRACT_CHANGE, but it seems that version management is not supported.

By Batch Input, we are not able to put the values in the ALV grid.

Thks in advance

    HI,

Goto SPRO>material management>Purchasing>Version Management>Setup Version management for External Purchasing documents

where input details as Doc. Category, Doc type, Pur org and check on Act box.

You must also select your fields you want to have the version be noted by selecting in SPRO Set Up Change Displays. In SPRO select Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes and add your

table and field names here and check P for purchase order.

    Note

In the case of purchase requisitions, the version management facility is

activated independently of the purchasing organisation. Therefore, do

not populate the purchasing organization field.

    Regards
