leave quota to be carry forward for next year with maximu amount. with time status 0.

hi

i need to carry forward maximum no quota to next year,and caryy forward quota ill be applicable only fron oct . month.

my time status is 0. without time evalution,

plz advice

    Hi Suprit,

    You need to write a rule for same. You have an option to set maximum number of leave which can be carry forward for the next year. You set that limit.

    Can you please give an employee how it is in the system , and how you want see in the system.please let me how you are generating the quotas (RPTQTA00 i hope )

    Hi Suprit,

    Check this path : Determine Validity and Deduction Periods, under you have maintain the 999 .

    Pl check the below screenshot.

    but the quota is eligilbe from OCT, means you have to maintain the one date type and update in generation rule.

    • Hi,

      If you want to generate quotas only from OCT month , then use IT0019 Set the date.as 01.10.2011.

      For this you have to maintain table V_T559L table you can find the Applicability tab here you use a subtype in Earliest accrual and the same subtype to be used in IT0019.

      So quotas will generate from OCT only.
