Datasource 0crm_sales_contr_i can't capture delta data

Hi Experts,

The problem is that the CRM datasource 0crm_sales_contr_i (contracts) can't capture delta. The steps to reporduce the problem:

1.- In BW we launch the delta initialization infopackage, and it loads all contracts that are in CRM.

2.- Then, in CRM we go to RSA7, and we see here the datasource 0crm_sales_contr_i.

3.- Go to CRM, create a new contract and save it.

4.- Now, after create a new contract, in the RSA7 the number of records of the 0crm_sales_contr_i has not increased. It stays to zero.

5.- Finally, we launch de delta infopackage, and it loads 0 records.

Any comments should be highly appreciated!

Hi Ruben,

If you make any modifications or Creation to a sales contract,

for example, you create a sales order from this contract, then you must run the report Automatic Postprocessing of CRM Transactions (technical name: CRM_ORDER_POSTPROCESSING).

Then run the Infopackage..
