Requirement : If employee salary is 15000 or more PF should not exceed 1800 and If employee salary is less than 15000 it should deduct as per legal rules.

I have configured all tables related to PF i.e.,

V_T7INF1

V_T7INF3

V_T7INF5

V_T7INF7

System is considering only 12% as per legal rule, Am I missing some where..?

For V_T7INF3, Eligible amount given is 1800

Please Guide me.

Hi Girish Kumar,

In infotype 0587 select radio button "Eligible Pay" for employee.

this will calculate PF amount only on 15,000 but not on actual basic pay, hence 1800.

If you select "PF basis" INEPF function will consider actual basic pay

example:

Basic pay 20,000

12% on 20,000 = 2400

hope this helps

Regards,

Zayn

Thanks for your reply.

Adding a point : In V_T7INF3, No Need to specify 'eligible amount' which i maintained initially.
