Final Settlement

Hi Experts

My company want to Configure complete Full and Final Settlement in SAP

Before we are Doing it Out side SAP and Lock the Payroll for that particular Employee ....

Plz Help me with Complete Configure steps as iam Doing it for the First Time

      Hi

      If you want to get the calc for the Gratuity , superannuation amount to be paid instead of manually entered in IT0015.

      Then you can maintain IT0185 GRTR and SANN and maintan It0016 and 41 with SPRO-PY-IN-Termination - Factoring of gratuity node you need to configure also valualtion tables.
