Service Request Response Profile & SLA

Hi Experts

I have created a response profile for service request and assigned it to my dummy product.

I have also assigned SLA to my transaction type.

In my response profile, I untick "priority" field as I don't need priority field to be used to calculate end date.

However, in the transaction, I have to change the priority field before any date calculation takes place.

Is there any way date calculation can pick up the response profile based on categories selected, instead of depending on priority?
