Peformance issue BPC 7.5

We are in BPC 7.5 version. During certain time of year all planning users log in to enter the data input using input template. This causes performance issue.

Does any one have any suggestion.

Appreciate inputs.

Hi Tayir,

In general when we are talking about the input schedule performance there are two options:

1. Upgrade your hardware

2. Analyze your DEFAULT.LGF in case you have a lot of logic inside it:

- Replace MDX formulas with WHEN REC ENDWHEN logic.

- Replace all logic with custom BADI.

What you can do is run the optimization daily or more than one time in the planning period, besides to take a look on EVDRE reports performance, see the document: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-4271.
