CPALookupException: Could not find channel in CPA Cache in PI 7.3 Java Stack

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario from SRM to PI. SOAP channel has been created for the same .

We are recieving below error everytime SRM is sending data.

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPALookupException: Could not find channel in CPA Cache. Object ID: 2c5c1a65a1d838418796af5f4851964d. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.service.administration.api.monitoring.ChannelUnknownException: Channel was not found in CPA Cache: 2c5c1a65a1d838418796af5f4851964d due to: Got <null> from CPA-cach

1. Full CPA cache refresh is done.

2. smicm also restarted.

Please provide inputs on solutino to this issue.

Note #1720684 Determination of the type of ReceiverAssignment failed, fixes a very similar issue. Apply this note, if you don't already have the recommended patches.
