MS V10 - Array out of Bounds

I am attempting to validate a transformation file to load data to BPC MS version 10.   As soon as I add a text file to validate it gives me an Array out of Bounds error.    I have tested and can input data manually through an input form.   I have created a test file with two records, all the dimensions, and no conversions and it still throws the Array out of Bounds error when I validate the Transformation.   I built a new model with copies of the user defined dimensions and the new model throws the error too.   I was able to load data to another model.   Internet research has been fruitless.   What other things should I be checking, rebuilding, trying????

I had a similar error when I tired to import a text file with multi period headers. In my case, I only had 6 months worth of data and even though the MVAL command was assigned to the right number of columns, I received an error. I ended up adding the other 6 months and adding zeros as values without changing the MVAL function and the data load worked.

Obviously the "Array out of Bounds" error message is pretty general, so if you couldn't solve the issue, please post your data file header and transformation file details.
