Business Prcess Analytics - Load BW Master Data sp05

Dear all,

I am using Business Process Analytics in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 sp05 and when i am selecting load BW master data for a partiular logical its status hasnt changed since long an i havent got an updated analytics record as i used to get earlier

Pls check he below screenshot and let me know how to ensure that it is in the status loaded

I have also selected group by box for each of the application monitor, yet the status of the BW master does not changes to loaded from scheduled
