Hi all experts,

I have one Column in Production Order called "BU". This column is based on BU in Item Master Data (mean that based on Finish Goods).

EX: Finish Goods "A" is built from "A1,A2,A3,A4". BU of "A" is "B" So in the list is

STEP 1

Sub Item      BU

A1               B

A2               B

A3               B

A4               B

STEP2

I add one more item "A5"

A5               -

I want BU of A5 is "B' too.

My question is "Is it possible to refresh my formatted search base on Finish Goods or Sub Item?"

Thanks

TONY

Hi Soeun,

You can only use one field as autorefresh for a formatted search.

It is impossible to use multiple fields.

As work around, you can create one autorefresh field but its value can be from a calculation of many fields.

Hi Tony,

If that BU is an UDF, I suppose you can use a UDT to build map for all items. From there you can have FMS to get the value.

Thanks,

Gordon
