I had an issue some time back about an addon that could not connect to SBO due to a 'missing license'.
I later found out that selecting the wrong component for my SBO license caused my addon not to connect.
The reason for selecting a wrong component was because there were 2 components with exactly the same name (although the owner companies were different).
To avoid our users from ending up into a similar scenario, i would like to initiate a name change for our addon component.
Does anyone know how to make such a request to SAP - specifically, whom to address?
Is it likely that SAP will change our addon component name especially since it has already been in use a couple of years now?
Someone suggested I open a ticket with SAP Support with the component SBO-SDK-AA
- however, i was unable to find this component when opening a new ticket and therefore did not know how to appropriately open this ticket.
