Error in sapscript while sending mail (pb60)

Dear Frnds,

If we try to send mail to applicant through PB60 , we are getting the below error.

Error while calling SAPscript: <OPEN_FORM> <return code 6>

Message no. SO634

The standard form 'SYSTEM' is activated in the system.

Please suggest.

Hi

To send the Rec forms via mail, you need to setup SCOT check with your basis team for this.

Config PACPA feature to send your desired form layout for the activity.

Hi Ramya

Thanks for the update and your config part is correct

Then you need to check the SCOT is configuration, check with your basis for the Mail host IP id and port number and set up the SMTP mail server details and you can send your forms to external mail id.

Also Ramana has suggested the SAP note to follow the steps for this configu , please check.

Regarding your query, similar problems have been resolved by configuration of SAPconnect.

You should check the SAPconnect configuration for address type INT(internet mail address).

Please refer to SAP note  152474 which can be helpful.
