Currently I am working as an administrator in SAP Netweaver Portal. I want
Hi Sandeep,
I think your future doesn't look too good, especially if you don't start finishing your sentences
But seriously my thoughts are that everyone should always be looking towards the next thing on the horizon, as Axel Rose once said "Nothing lasts forever, even cold November rain..." As a portal administrator you have probably learned some very useful things that can be applied also to other areas. The portal is a great area to get a broad range of experience within any company since it is a gateway to and from many other systems that are used to run any business. My advice would be to find what it is that interests you the most and then work out what is coming up and try to apply your existing knowledge to learn new things and continue to grow and evolve.
Don't get me wrong the SAP Portal isn't going anywhere any time soon so there will be an ongoing requirement for good people to maintain and install new systems etc... but it won't last forever so having a eye toward the future is good risk management!
Have you looked at or ... these could be good places to start as the enterprise goes Mobile and moves into the Cloud.
I hope you find this useful.

I dont think i can survive with this limited access and knowledge
Then try to spread your access and knowledge. What do you want to do? That's your goal, from there your have to create your own roadmap on how to get there.
You can start customizing the portal, do some development, see how to integrate apps and how the portal delivers a unique UX by giving seamless access.
