Hi,
I am trying to configure escalation for service request. For this i am using workflow template. In action definition, i have created a schedule condition i.e. Current date and local time is greater than escalation date 1 and user status is not equal to completed. But when i am creating the service request, workflow is trigerred immediately on Create and Save event. It is not checking the schedule condition from action profile. Does anyone have the solution on this?
