Quantity field not showing any sales data in FBL3n and FB5N

Hi all,

I had aad special field material, quantiy in FBL*N.

both field are shown but in FBL3N quantity field is Empty and in FBL5N both field are Empty.

please give me soluction. thnks in advance.

Hi,

try to add the fields by this way :

IMG -> Financial Accounting (New) -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Line Items -> Display Line Items -> Define Additional Fields for Line Item Display.

i had already done this thing nad quantity and material field are coming but in both field data sales data are not coming.

First check those data are coming in table BSEG, it may depend on field status variant associated to G/L account, I never saw any quantity copied to customer account, are you sure of the requirement for FBL5N ?

If data is not coming in BSEG (and BSIS/BSAS or BSID/BSAD ?) you can fill it from other database table (MSEG, VBRP) via BTE 00001650 or BAdI FI_ITEMS_CH_DATA.
