No connection to system possible when connect BW to ECC

Dear experts,

Before BW(QW2CLNT200) had connection with ECC QE1CLNT782 but now I want to change it to QE1CLNT711.

First I executed BDLS to convert table from CL782 to CL711 in BW. And then I checked SM59 in both system BW and ECC, there isn't any problem with the connection test or the authorization test . But when I tried to create a new source system in RSA1 in BW, there's an error .

How should I deal with it so I can create the new source system?

I did have read the long text but actually I have no idea about how to check whether the system can be accessed in the network and whether the necessary application and system programs have been started...
